SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

~ Although we will do our best to accommodate we are not responsible for any issues that your selected carrier may be experiencing. 

~ Shipping rates are determined & calculated at checkout. Rates will vary depending on location. 

~ Please be sure that your address is correct when ordering. We will not be responsible for items returned due to an incorrect address submitted with your order.

 

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

~ Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check the location of your package with the carrier you chose at checkout. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by your carrier.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at gotalovecrafts@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

~ We understand that sometimes items need to be returned. If you find that you need to return a product purchased and shipped by STITCH'D please email us at gotalovecrafts@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate. 

~ If we refund the item purchased it will be in the amount of the item minus the cost of shipping for the return.

~ If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gotalovecrafts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
